Angel Rodriguez is the Founder and CEO of AER Management, Miami’s premier Latin music artist management and talent booking agency. With decades of experience in the music industry, Angel began his career as a DJ in Miami in the 1980s — building hands-on knowledge of the Latin music market from the ground up.
Over his career, Angel has worked alongside major industry figures including Pitbull and Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell, formerly of 2 Live Crew. These relationships and real-world experience inform how AER Management advises and represents every artist on its roster.
Angel is the author of Mastering the Music Industry: Expert Insights on Artist Development — a practical guide for independent artists on how money, contracts, publishing, and leverage really work in music. The book is built on the same framework AER Management uses with its clients.
