Question 1

How do I book a Latin music artist through AER Management?

Accepted Answer

Visit our contact page and submit your event date, location, type, estimated attendance, and budget. A booking representative will follow up to discuss artist availability and provide a custom quote.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book a Latin artist?

Accepted Answer

For major events like concerts and festivals, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance. For corporate events, weddings, and private parties, 2 to 3 months is typical. High-demand artists may need more lead time.

Question 3

What information do you need to provide a booking quote?

Accepted Answer

We need the event date, city and venue, event type, estimated attendance, budget range, performance length, and your contact information. Providing a backup date is also helpful.

Question 4

Does AER Management book artists outside of Miami?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While we are based in Miami, we book artists throughout the United States and internationally. Travel and accommodation arrangements are discussed and confirmed as part of your custom quote.

Question 5

What types of events does AER Management service?

Accepted Answer

We book artists for concerts, music festivals, corporate events, galas, weddings, quinceañeras, private parties, cruise lines, and cultural events.
