Booking an artist is not a checkout button. It is a quote, a hold, then a contract. If a site tells you to “book now” with no date, venue, or budget, that is marketing, not booking.

Here is how it works with AER Management.

What “booking” actually means

First we look at the date and the request. Then we come back with a quote, or we tell you the artist is not the right fit. If you want to proceed, we hold the date against a deposit and a signed agreement. Until that happens, nothing is confirmed. We will not pretend a webpage reserved anyone.

What we need before a quote

Have this ready. Missing pieces slow everyone down.

  • Your name and company or organization
  • Email and phone
  • Artist you want (or the kind of act if you are not sure)
  • Event type
  • Event date
  • City, country, venue
  • Estimated attendance
  • Public or private
  • Ticketed or free
  • Performance or appearance
  • Budget range (a band is enough — we do not publish artist fees)
  • Travel or production notes if you already know them
  • Decision deadline

Budget is the one buyers skip. Skipping it does not protect you. It just means we cannot tell you if the request is realistic.

What we will not promise on a website

We will not promise that an artist is free on your date. We will not publish a fee. We will not promise set length, travel, a rider, or a specific song. Those details belong in the quote and the contract, after we have the event facts.

How to inquire

If you write on WhatsApp, paste this:

Hi AER Management — booking inquiry. Name / Company: Artist of interest: Event type / date / city / venue: Est. attendance / public or private / ticketed?: Budget range: Decision deadline: Best phone/email:

If you want a salsa or Latin headline for a corporate, wedding, or private event, start with the form. Luis Enrique is one artist you can request a quote for. That is a request, not a hold.
