There are a lot of people who will take your call and say they can book anyone. That’s not the same as actually being able to deliver.

Here’s what separates a real Latin music booking agency from the noise.

The roster tells you everything

Look at who they actually represent — not who they claim to have access to. There’s a big difference between an agency that manages an artist directly and one that’s just a broker trying to take a cut. Direct management means accountability. If something goes wrong, there’s one call to make.

Experience matters more than size

A boutique agency that’s been operating for 20 years in the Latin music market knows things no directory ever will. They know which artists are reliable, which riders are negotiable, which venues have done this before, and how to handle the unexpected.

Pay attention to how they communicate

Seriously. How fast do they respond to your first inquiry? Are they clear about pricing, availability, and what’s included? If getting basic answers is hard before you’ve signed anything, it only gets harder after.

What AER Management brings

We’ve been working in Latin music management for over two decades out of Miami. Our roster includes Tito Puente Jr, Amara La Negra, Carlos Oliva, Luis Enrique, Willie Chirino, Rey Ruiz, Lewis Martinee, Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell, and more.

We represent these artists directly — which means when you book through us, you’re working with the people who actually know them.
