This is usually the first question — and nobody wants to give a straight answer. We will.
The honest truth is that fees vary a lot, but there are real patterns based on who you’re booking, what they need to perform, and what kind of event you’re running. Here’s how to think about it.
What actually drives the price
Artist recognition is the biggest factor. An established name with Latin Grammys and decades of touring costs more than a rising artist with a growing fanbase. Neither is better or worse — it depends on what your event needs.
Beyond the name, pricing shifts based on how long they perform, where your event is (travel adds up fast for international dates), what production they require, and whether it’s a corporate event, festival, or private party. Corporate gigs typically run higher because of the budget expectation — and artists know it.
Realistic ranges
- Emerging artists — $2,500 to $10,000
- Mid-level artists with established followings — $10,000 to $50,000
- Headliners and Latin music legends — $50,000 and up
AER Management works across all three tiers. We’ll tell you what’s realistic for your number before you get attached to someone out of range.
What’s not included in the fee
The talent fee covers the performance. Depending on the artist, you may also need to budget for sound and lighting, travel and hotel, ground transportation, and hospitality. We’re upfront about all of this from the first conversation.
