There’s something about live Latin music that changes the energy in a room. Instantly. If you’re planning a corporate event and you want people actually talking about it the next day, this is the move.

Here’s how the process works, start to finish.

Get clear on what you need first

Before you call anyone, nail down the basics: your date, your venue capacity, your budget range, and the vibe you’re going for. Salsa for a Miami gala hits different than reggaeton for a product launch in New York. Knowing this saves everyone time.

Work with a management company, not a random directory

The easiest path is going straight to the artist’s management. When you book through AER Management, you’re dealing directly with the people who actually manage the artist — not a middleman three steps removed. That means faster answers, cleaner contracts, and someone accountable if anything needs to change.

Our roster includes Tito Puente Jr, Amara La Negra, Carlos Oliva, Luis Enrique, Willie Chirino, and more — all available for corporate events.

Understand the rider before you sign anything

Every professional artist has a rider — a list of technical and hospitality requirements. Sound system specs, stage dimensions, dressing room setup, catering. None of it is unreasonable, but you need to know about it before booking your venue. We walk every client through this so there are no last-minute surprises.

Lock it in with a contract and deposit

Once you’ve picked your artist, you’ll sign a performance agreement and put down a deposit (usually 50%) to hold the date. The balance comes closer to the event. Simple, professional, done.
